Default Only Motorhomes in GA! N20 illegal

This is an actual statue in Georgia. It is a misdemeanor traffic offense to drive around with nitrous connected to your engine unless the vehicle is a motorhome.

40-8-10.
(a) It shall be unlawful for any person on a public road to drive a passenger car, excluding a motor home, which supplies the motor vehicle´s combustion engine with nitrous oxide unless the system supplying nitrous oxide is made inoperative by disconnecting the line feeding nitrous oxide to the engine or by removing the container or containers of nitrous oxide from the vehicle.
(b) Any person who violates subsection (a) of this Code section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

"Fasten your seatbelt honey, I'm gonna go WOT on our 300 shot and pass this line of cars on the interstate".

I can honestly say I've never seen a motorhome on the jug. That's hilarious.

Sir Ga state law 40-8-10 clearly states that:
(a) It shall be unlawful for any person on a public road to drive a passenger car, excluding a motor home, which supplies the motor vehicle´s combustion engine with nitrous oxide unless the system supplying nitrous oxide is made inoperative by disconnecting the line feeding nitrous oxide to the engine or by removing the container or containers of nitrous oxide from the vehicle.

this is clearly a motorhome... it has a motor and its my home i live in it.

Like many laws, it makes little sense. Thus if you have a 100 shot on your V6 you are illegal while the guy next to you in his 500 HP NA car is perfectly legal.
Once again our legal system has its head up it's a$$.

When I turn off my bottle I am disconnecting the line feeding the system, just not removing it. Looks like more remote openers sales are going to happen.
