Default 2 step w/ clutch switch

Does ant body have any good wiring diagrams which show how to use a 2 step and a WOT switch. that activates (a launch rev limit)when the clutch is depressed to the floor and cut the nitrous. And when the clutch is released the nitrous engauges.TIA Brian

send me your drawing on your 2 step, and I will return a clean easy to understand layout for you. Sorry I do not have one at this time, but am willing to draw.

I don't have a schematic, but all I did was add relay in-line with the WOT switch wire. The relay is energized to open contacts when the 2-step is activated, and the relay is de-energized and closed contacts when the 2-step is deactivated. There's a wire on the 2-step that's specifically for a relay, and that's the one I used. Forget which color it is tho. Works fine for me.

Gray wire to the clutch switch, Blue PCM connector pin 32 (gray wire on the harness)

White wire to a momentary pushbutton switch, other side of switch to ground

a typical automotive relay, you need one that has 5 terminals, not 4.

yellow wire to terminal 85, 12V to terminal 86. Intercept your power feed or WOT switch arming for the system. Basically cut that circuit, and splice in the relay using terminals 30 and 87a. When the 2 step activates, the relay should open and disconnect the 30 and 87a terminals. Those are the normally closed connections of the relay

Depending on how you wire it, you can use 87 to run a light or something if you have 12v on terminal 30.

Having some issues with my newly wired 2step. Does the yellow have to be used? I connected the white to a momentary switch and gray to pin 32 of the Blue PCM connector. The car seems to be all stuffy and backfires a lot at all times. When activated, it still seems stuffy but it does limit the RPM as it should.

What is the Blue PCM connector. I presume its the difference between the two parts of the pcm. How do I tell the difference from the blue vs the red.

Yep, but nowhere have I been able to find out which is the blue and which is the red. Is the connector closest to the firewall red or blue. I can't see anything on my pcm that would indicate it being red or blue.

Its the one closest to the windsheild.... just remove the connector and look at the color of the plastic in the center.

BTW, my issues was a faulty circuit inside the 2 step. The wiring process is correct.

All I have left is to hook up the white wire. I'm not good with electronics so are you saying the white wire goes to one side of a momentary switch and run a wire from the other side of the momentary switch to like another ground wire? Sorry for being so dumb about this, I guess I need a picture to understand it.
