No need to tune, especially with just exhaust and lid...
You're correct that injectors won't need changing because the kit is wet, but your fuel system is having to supply extra fuel regardless, so be sure that your pump is capable and, depending on mileage, you might want to replace your filter.
As far as plugs go, the NGK's are good, but remember- no matter how much everyone loves them, NGK didn't really have nitrous use in mind when they made these plugs. ZEX makes a Nitrous specific plug that you might want to look into. Although I've heard mixed reviews, I've used the plugs myself on both nitrous and turbo applications and have never had a problem. I'd recommend them.
I hope you do, because if you don't, only bad things will come of it... Don't skimp on this. I promise, you'll be glad you didn't in the long run. Unless, of course, you don't mind purchasing a new LS1...

Yeah, I've never really heard of anyone having a problem with them either...
However, the Zex's have a triple electrode tip that dispurses the spark more generously which is definitely a plus with high horsepower nitrous applications.
I'm a fan of the "Better to be safe than sorry" philosophy, but hey, if you want to save a few bucks, spring for the NGK's.

NGK TR6's are good, or some people run the Autolite 103's. As was already stated, gap them at .035". I also highly recommend a window switch. The stock fuel system is generally good up to 500-550rwhp, and with your current mods plus the nitrous you should still be ok with it. If you plan on doing more mods in the near future you might as well add either a fuel pump or a stand alone fuel system to your list.

im not sure if i have the window switch or no...im new to the nitrous game..what does the window switch do..i know i have a micro switch and full throttle switch
The window switch works in conjunction with the wide open throttle switch and only allows the system to operate within an rpm range that you can adjust (3000-6000rpm or what ever you want). It will either by digital or analog. The analog ones use little rpm chips that plug into a small box, while the digitial ones will look basically the same but without the plug-in space for the chips. The boxes are generally about 2-3in. square.
