Do you mean "NITROUS"...... first time i've seen it spelled like that.....

easily a 150 shot... you guys have 6 cross bolted mains right????? If a stock LT1 with 2 bolt mains can handle a 150 for years with hyperucraptic pistons i know an LS1 can too....

He specified Dry, 100-125 beyond that the injectors seem to be the limiting factor followed by the fuel pump. Upgrade them and you can higher.

150 Dry Shot Who said that??? if you get one dont go over 100 Not worth the risk trying to do 125.

Yep, the stock injectors are going to limit you. A bolt on car will usually max out the injectors at about 125 shot (dry), it depends on the year motor. 98s have larger injectors and the '00 have the smallest.

Swap out the injectors and pump, get a tune, and you can stuff alot more than a 125 shot through and LS1 bottom end.

Like was said, with fuel system upgrade you easly can do a 150. I have gone to 200 dry running multi stage, or go progressive. I will be going bigger this year. If you can get some of your hit coming in at higher rpm's you'l be able to safely run a bigger hit on stock bottom end.

I have been running a NX wet kit with a 150 shot for a while now. Stock 00' injectors, stock fuel pump, pump gas. I put it on the dyno the first time I sprayed, A/F was fine. It's on the stock PCM tune as well.

If he'd need a pump for a wet 150+, he'll certainly want one for a dry 150+.

TRMIN8R is making 6XX with bolt-ons/MS3/200 on cold plugs and a stock bottom end. He said he put something like 70 bottle through it and the stock bottom end is just dandy. I wouldn't but I'm a wuss like that. I'd say 100 is plenty for stock bottom end, tranny, and rear.
