Question Newbie on Nitrous, input.

Gotta bigger cam, plan on running a Zex Kit (Wet). I already am having a traction problem. Will I need to up my fuel pressure with the cam I'm running on a 100 shot? I have custom tuning, I realize my bosch plugs will have to be changed. Any Ideas for me on this setup.

No, on the LS1 you dont up the pressure. Definately change the plugs...I use NGK TR-6 plugs, starting gap probably around .038" or so for a 100shot. If you want to step it up, then tighten the gap down to .035"-.032". Other than that, use the safety items, look at the FAQ's Sticky up top, and enjoy. Oh yeah, no idea if Zex uses a Nitrous Filter, if not, get one. Make sure the bottle is clean and the siphon tube is securely mounted to the valve before you fill the bottle up. GL

So pretty much take the safety precautions, but overall car is already setup for a 100 shot?

Keep the fuel PSI the same. Be sure, and I cant stress this more, to switch to NGK TR6 plugs gapped around .035 before spraying or you can risk destroying the engine on the first spray, there are some who have ruined the engine due to not running colder plugs.. I would also recommend a Walbro 255 pump to ensure there is enough fuel getting to the nozzle. Some say the pump isnt needed but why not spend the little bit of $$ now just for the peace of mind?

I have colder plugs, pump, window switch. i dont ever even think of damaging the engine. I am convinced my system is extremely safe. It all depends on the install and safety devices.

I run a zex wet kit also (100shot). Its a good system the nitrous shuts off if fuel pressure isn't up to par. (which has saved me a few times). I have gotten away with using tr55's for about 5 runs(consider me lucky). But for sure, tonight I'm gonna buy a 12 pack and change those plugs to the tr6's before I blow my **** up.

I have custom tuning, the threads I'm reading, say not a real good idea to run Nitrous with this setup, unless I tune again for the Nitrous. Input on this please.

I tuned my car for natual aspiration and then just spray on it. My jetting makes mericher on the spray then when I go WOT NA. You dont have to tune for spray. Its up to you what you want to do. Since I do more NA runs than spraying runs I tuned it for NA. I am nice and fat rich on the spray which keeps it safe.

Your setup is fine for nitrous. You have boltons and a small cam. Just do a few dyno pullswith wideband to see hwerethe AFR is at.
