are you gonna tune for the 200 shot? or do you plan on using stock timing? But any way tell us what #'s you put down.

I suggest you use the search button, in the past week there has been more threads about ppl wanting 200shots than in any week in our history...or so it seems. Is there a little squirrel putting "200 is awesome, do it" kind of words in ppl's ears when they sleep? Seriously, 200 is not a throw it on and go. GL and definately post up the results.

Your tune may need to be checked for a 150 as well. Too much timeing and your heads may want to just jump off, or at least your head gaskets will. Where are you from I know quit a few tuners, who can help you... If you need it.

run unleaded racegas and you should be fine or at least a 50/50 mix. most don't even gives racegas a chance, but you can get away with alot using higher octane...

I have made about 4 hits on my 200 shot seams to be doing very well on my stock int 2001. But at the same time i use a timing tuner to take out timing and a edge progressive controler to easy in the 200shot. I also have the very same miles on mine also lol

With good quality gas, proper plugs, and some brain cells you should be able to spray 150 shot on that car for the rest of your life.

it takes more than comon sense for a motor to hold together on a 200 hit..it will be fun for the first few times until you have a new ventilated block

There was (is?) a guy in Jacksonville running a 200shot with nothing more than a inline pump, window-switch and tune. That Z28 took some serious abuse and was still going strong when he built a forged motor for it. Not that everybody's luck is that good tho...

The MAF kit is great. You are also missing a Nitrous FILTER, get one please. Maybe add an FJO controller to help make that transition from 150 to 200 easier.

Don't forget some NGK TR6 plugs, a blowdown tube, a window switch, and a really good bottle heater/preasure guage, so that you can have your nitrous hits when you are at optimal preasure. Be careful with that 200 shot, and please don't spray it untuned

Oh, and I would probably upgrade the fuel system before I shot that

Not to be mean, but if you dont know what a window switch is or why you need colder plugs, bottle heater, etc. etc., it sounds like you should do some reading up before you rush into spraying your car. Im just trying to prevent a possibe mishap here. Colder plugs (smaller gap too) will help prevent detonation and possibly save your motor. The window switch is going to let the N20 only come on at a low enough rpm that you dont backfire through the intake and shut it off before your rev limiter cuts fuel, possbly saving your motor also. The nitrous filter (Im guilty of not having this myself, oops) will prevent stuff from getting into your solenoids, possibly having them stick open, and therefore possibly saving your motor again. Youre going to want to get it up on a dyno when you are ready to spray it so that the tuner can monitor your air fuel ratio and knock retard on the bottle. That way you can get an idea if you are leaning out or detonating, you guessed it, possibly saving your motor.

Its up to you man. You can throw caution into the wind, hook that sucker up and spray the crap out of it if you want. You'll might even even be OK without all that stuff. But wouldnt you like to know for sure?
