Default how fast do you ramp up with the FJO controller

I ask this because i want to spray about 50 percent of my nitrous shot then ramp it up within 2 seconds to the full 100 percent. total size shot being a 150hp. on a lowered truck with minimal suspension help i can not spray a 100 shot out of the hole anymore. a 75 shot should stick and go.

is this ok for people to do it this way? i've never used the controller before and i just got it in the mail from nitro dave.

i did search but couldn't find what i was looking for.

Should work fine, however I would use the RPM based progressive control. I use mine to start at 20% from 3000 RPM to 100% by 4200 RPM. Works really well with a 150shot. Make sure your curve is clean looking on the ramp up. Make it smooth.

It will work fine, but use the time base curve - with RPM based curve, if you spin, RPMs go up adding nitrous compounding the problem.

I would set up 2 different type of ramps, rpm and time, or time and time or what ever. Then switch between the settings without having to get the computer out.
With the FJO controller it can controller 2 stages. Now seeing how you only have 1 stage, that now gives you 2 set ups. ITs how you wire it up, let me know if you need any help.

That's interesting. Now, where are you mounting the controller (on the GTO specifically)? I've only seen two installs and niether of them are good for "on the fly" changes because the controller is either hidden or under the hood. I'd like to know how the wiring setup would be to make this work.

TIA,

Mark
