i would say put some tires on the back for you can get off the line better and get that 60 down . Auto or m6 ? 200 shot seems a little steep on a stock pump and tune.

Colder plugs a must (see the HSW sticky at the top). Also you will likely have to pull some timing for the 200 shot.

I did a dry/wet combo at 200 and got 466 HP/525 TQ (fresh Bottle) on a 300 HP baseline

Pulled 4° Timing (still showed 1-2° KR, during the pull). Had plenty of fuel pump (stock).

You do realize that "warming" up regular street tires is the worst thing you could do "other than owning a mustang". The compound there made of only gets "greasier" (spelling) making them more likely to spin.

Remember, it's Power to Weight ratio. If you're looking for the last bit, remove the passenger seat, extra carpeting in the rear, etc. Don't put more gas in than you need. If the strip will let you remove the top (most don't) that gets rid of about 30 lbs. If you can get a set of skiinny front wheels, that will drop 30-40 lbs. Depends on how much this race is REALLY worth.
A 200 shot??? ouch. It would be better to loose and drive home, than loose and tow home.

you could throw a little better fuel in to be safer...

why are you not using drag radials? they are a street legal tire... with my MT's im even or nosing out the awd guys from dig races and once 2nd comes around my cars movin like a scalded dog. on the street none of those awd guys ever go to the track...

I have found that it takes a NASTY old school NA V8 to beat my H/C nitrous camaro. Basically a full race set up. This is my opinion based on what I see around here.

warming up street tires is not going to make them hook any better ! you only need to brush off the dirt and gravel that might be on them .

Default Stuff to consider

Consider getting a tune that should squeeze out some ponies, get a controller, you did not mention it but possibly get a controller that brings it in better or sooner without breaking traction, run the higher octane for sure.

Id def run high octane. Hell dump some octane booster in there just for some added help. And go practice launching. With a 2.0 60 ft id imagine your car is a4. I managed to pull a 1.8 on my street tires ONCE. Rest of the times it was 2.0or higher. Take out your spare tire, washer fluid, anything I mean its not gonna be a dramatic difference but if he beats you by a nose or so youll regret not doing it. remeber every gallon wieghs possibly 8-10 lbs.
