Is the TR6 cold enough for 600 on spray?

Is the TR6 cold enough for 600 on spray?

I’m running a little over 11:1 compression and should push a tad over 600 on spray – will the TR6 be cold enough or should I move up to a colder plug?

Also, are the Iridium’s recommended for this setup?

600rwhp total, TR6 should be fine.

i think that would be on the border of going a step colder with a higher compression motor, but you should still be ok

i run the 7 series at 675 hp and have no noticable all motor difference

I ran TR6's gapped at .030" pulling 602rwhp on only 16* timing and richer than the WB low limit of 10:1, pulled plugs, no issues at all. And yes I also ran them on the track before.

mine did 540 through a slipping th400 on a tr6's gapped at like .033", has been fine with 11.3:1c/r and like 11.3:1 a/f ratio

Thanks for the info - no comments on the Iridium’s, so I'll leave those alone.

I'm going to run the TR6 I guess, I might order a set of seven's though to test out.
