Default Which cam to use?

I'm not sure what cam will yield the best results. I have both a F13 and a F15 cam. Does anybody have any suggestions? Should I just go out and purchase a new cam?

Either one will work on the spray, both are going to be fairly close in the HP department. Here's a graph of a F13/heads/progressive spray car that we did:

So really there is not a huge difference between the cams?

Anything under a 200 shot and I doubt you would see one being a more "N2O Friendly" grind. Larger then a 200 shot I would lean towards the F13 vs the 111 LSA of the F15 cam. If you want some more peak NA power and don't plan on going over a 200 shot go with the F15.

Thanks so much! Sounds like I'm gonna go with the F15 because I don't think I'll ever go over a 200 shot. Thanks again Matt.

With the mods listed below and a 200 shot does it seem unreasonable to expect 700+rwhp and 700+rwtq?

You dynoed 415 HP correct? Then a 200 shot would put you around the low 600s.

My dyno numbers in my post were before the pistons, rods, and F15.

GET2IT Do you actually have the F15 with a 150 shot on it? Just curious what kinda numbers you've pulled at the track and on the dyno.
