I was just wondering what my 1/4 mile time might be. It's a 98 ls1 with an automatic transmission and using a 100 wet shot. Also wondering what the est. rear wheel hp might be.

 

Can't give and estimated horsepower level, but on my 99 a4 with boltons and 3.73 gears and 100 shot i ran 12.1 at 117 mph. Thats on drag radials spinning, 60ft time was like 1.9. I think my converter was slipping as well. Guess its time for a new tranny

 

stock 98 with 100 wet shot = 400 RWHP - low 12s potential 11s with right tire and a good 60'

 

sorry to steal your thread, but i have a 98 too.

what do you guys est. mine can do with a 75-100hp shoot? i only got one run and launched at 1500 and did a 13.7 @102. mods in sig.

 

on a 100 shot your looking at apx 13.0 @ 110 with good driving!

 

What elevation are you at ? Im guessing that is 2.73 gears also

 

On my tnt 100 shot i went 11.6

 

Last time I was at the track with a 150 the car ran 14.77 @ 125.6mph. Teach me to break to beams and sit there for a while.

Over Here in NJ I have seen a Stock 99Z28 A4 Run a 12.3 on a 100Shot DUno?? if he had 2.73 or 3.73

 

elevation is about 500ft and i have the factory option 3.23 geras .

i think if i could launch at around 1800-1900 i might get a better time. but the light flashed green and i was ideling at only 1500 so i just hit. i have an a4 and leave it in D and towards 80-90 it DIES OUT (like its barely moving). i have heard alot of people say stock ls1 + 150 shoot = 12.6. i guess not in my situation.

 

on a 150 shot you should be in the 11s

 

any guesses on what kind of time i can pull? with a 75-100hp
