Well after just a couple times out to the track i was never able to laydown the time i wanted.The weather here in chicago is just getting brutle cold and the tracks arn't worth a ****.We just got back from the track tonight and it was in the upper 30 degree range.We were never able to make a clean hit without the car getting out of line.Anyway im done for the season and i did not get the 8 sec slip that i wanted but only going out 2 times and the last one the track was **** i guess 9.13 is not to bad.If it wasn't for my mishap in the begining of the season im sure i would have been right were i wanted to be.My final time was a 9.13 @ 152 on a 200 shot.

 

That's to bad, 8.xx was allmost a sure thing. But, you still get the coveted #2 spot on the nitrous list, Congrats.

I feel your pain I just got my car done and now it has to sit all winter.

 

Yeah the track yesterday was a skating rink, I saw one of your passes and it looked like you pedaled it by the tree.

 

Well here we are. It is raining like hell

One chance left for a nine second pass. lets hope it is better next week end!

 

well you guys could have another chance if you can make it here to in a few months, awsome weather to go to the track, and no snow to close the track.

Yea it just sucks because of the weather.I'm kinda disapointed that i really only had one chance at the 8's mark.Now i have to wait all year for a second chance.Man this is going to be a long winter!!!

the coolest part about the snowmobiles, is we have a Real Street Drags here that is for cars wanting to do some legal street racing.

During the winter, they have Real Sled Drags on the side of the track. So some "street racing" with snowmobiles hahaha

Tuff, the car looked awesome, but I know how you feel on the track prep up around here. My buddies were having a hell of a time getting down the track towards the end of the night.

**** dude, just trailer her down here to BMP in a couple months, we're just gettin ready to get into our good air time and BMP always hooks hard as hell!!!! Hopin I can get my new nitrous kit and everything dialed in and ready to try for 8's myself by our track event at BMP on the 9th of December, should be killer air!
