I have nittos. Nothing wrong with them.

I went from 2.0 sixtied to 1.6 sixties switching from nittos to MT DR's. I'm not a fan of nittos at all.

I sprayed a 200 shot on my stock 10 bolt right out of the hole. I use Hoosier slicks. I know it is on borrowed time but I can't help it. Damn nitrous addiction.

That's also why you have a 1.78 60'

I've gone multiple low 1.5s and a couple 1.49s on my stock 10 bolt.
One of the worst things for the rear is wheel hop.

Point being what? People say hooking up on nittos is impossible, its not. 1.7 60s with a lowered 6speed car on a stock 10bolt is fine and dandy in my book.

I just noticed, you have a 4000 stall, you shoul be cutting under 1.5s. I dont know you can compare you cutting 1.5s to me cutting 1.7s on nittos, like I should be disappointed or something

You do a 150, i'll have to keep one step ahead and do a 125.

I plan on running a 125 shot in the near future, and I have a quick question,
What rear end gear would be best for this??? I will have the stock 10bolt, and don't plan on spraying 1st gear... don't have the money for a 12 bolt

I've heard people with A4's and auburn carriers running 10.4's on a stock 10 bolt. I tore my torsen unit out with a lot less hp and without running any stickies. I now have an auburn carrier and have run numerous 12.0's on stickies naturally aspirated. We'll see how well it holds up to the spray. I think a lot depends on what your 10 bolt has inside and what tranny you have.
