Sorry for not getting involved sooner....but as far a nozzle placement...since you are running a TBI setup you will need to run a plate style setup. Since you already have a TB spacer all you will need to do is drill and tap the spacer for the nozzle. NX also makes a spacer that is pre-tapped for the nozzle, but I would save the money and do it your self.

On the window switch you will need to set it to activate at 3000rpm and shut off approx 200 rpm before your shift point or rev limiter. This way you do not spray during shifts (prolongs tranny life) and prevents spraying if you hit the rev limiter.

You will need to run a plug that is 1 step colder than stock. The NGK TR6's are one of the most used for a nitrous application.

Please let me know if you have any other questions

If you do not have a good drill press and a set of taps, you any machine shop would be able to do it for you.

It shouldn't be to hard as long as you have the correct tools to do the job.

Most window switches let you choose the activation and shutoff RPM's

Sorry but NX no longer has a pre drilled plate they have the customer drill and tap a TB spacer. I spoke with them after my first reply

Hey guys, i need someone to answer a few more questions about the nitrous kit i have and about the extra accessories and installation, ok first off, do i need to have a n20 pressure gauge? and if so, why? also can i put it in the dual pillar style along with a tach? ok, next ? is, what is the best thing to get for the activation part of the nitrous? i have seen in Summit Racing, an edelbrock and NOS rpm activation switch and was thinking about getting one or the other, but i really dont wanna use nitrous in 1st gear because its a really short gear and i really wouldnt like it to spray in 1st, is there anything else any of you nitrous guys can recommend me that would make it spray in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gears only? please help!

Our window switch has the ability to lock out any gear...IE no spray in first.

A nitrous pressure gauge will let you keep an eye on bottle pressure, depending on which kit you have, it needs to be kept @ 900-1050psi for optimum results.

If you are wanting to mount the gauge on the A-pillar you might want to check into the electrical gauges instead of the mechanical. If you go with a mech. gaug you will need to run a nitrous line to the gauge.

man that is only $130?? ill take it man, think you will have one in about 2 weeks? im kinda low on money right now, because my fiance just had our lil daughter, so i kinda had to spend a little bit if ya know what i mean, but do ya think you will have one in about 2 weeks? and also another question, on my nitrous kit, it says to run a hose from the fuel rail to the fuel soleniod, well it is showing a bit thick fuel rail, and mine looks nothing like that, mine is very small, about as big around as my finger, what should i do about that? please help and also answer about your window switch

ok here is a pic of the engine, its a lil better this time, i wrote in red what everything was, but incase u cant see it good enough, the first one is the throttle body, throttle body spacer, and then the fuel rail, just to let u see what it looks like, so what should i do about the fuel rail?

You should have a test port on the fuel rail....you will have to remove the schrader valve from the test port, then attact the fuel line to the fuel rail.

We keep the window switches in stock.

well guys, first off i would like to say that, i dont have a fuel rail nor do i have a test port lol, so i will have to splice the fuel line right after the fuel filter, and put in a T then run the line from there thru the engine bay and to the fuel solenoid.
