dude! forgot we were on your tb truck! ya, just T off your fuel line. It's a fat rubber hose. There isn't a test port on it. (that I can remember anyway). Have your plate drilled and tapped.
Watch the video "LS1 Universal Wet Kit Video-Import Auto". It will give you an idea of how to cut the fuel line and T it off...

Someone has been watching too many "fast n furious" movies.
If you watch the video, you'll see they put a rag under the fuel line, cut it (and a little bit drips out), put in the T connector and hook it back up. Not a Big deal.. unless you're smoking while working on it.

Really depends.. how far was the first race? Do you have anything going in with the cam? Having it tuned for the cam?
With a good tune job, you should be able to beat him (assuming he's stock)
If he does win, you'll loose with dignity.

hell no he aint stock! its an ls-1 based 4.8 with a cold air intake, functional ram air hood, 3:73 gears, true dual exhaust, and a power programmer III. he beat me about 8 lengths when we raced the first time. so do you think with my cam and nitrous i can beat him? i plan on getting a custom Westers tune after the nitrous, so what do ya think? can i beat him with just nitrous and cam??

What I meant was the distance of the first race where he beat you. If it was a 1/4 mi.. forget it. Chances are slim you're going to make up 2-3 seconds. If it was a mile long race and he was 8 ahead of you, you'll make that up easy. Get my point?
If I remember my truck figures.. your truck was 265 hp (or was it 285) and ran high 15s. With the 100 shot, you'd be looking at mid-high 14s. Add the cam and tune in there.. Low-mid 14s.
Get some headers.. low 14s for sure and good traction.. maybe high 13s. Even there you've made up 2 seconds. At a trap speed of approx. 90 mph, you're traveling at 132 ft/sec. so 2 seconds is 264 ft or the equivalent of
13 truck lengths. Sounds good so far.. LOL. Problem is.. that is TRAP speed. Your average track spped of about 45 comes out to about 7 truck lengths.
