this is a stupid question but do you need a nitrous pressure gauge when the bottle is between the rear seats? I am not sure if my kit camw with a gauge or not that is why I am wondering

You still need at least the gauge mounted on the bottle. If you want you can still put in a pillar gauge, but you could just turn around and look at the bottle guage. They now have pressure tranducers that wire in-line with your bottle heater relay that will keep the bottle at a preset temp. Some kits come with bottle pressure gauges, some don't. A way to know the pressure either at the bottle or a remote gauge is considered mandatory in the nitrous world.

There also aren't any stupid questions about nitrous until you ask one after you toasted a motor. Ask before, learn and don't hurt your ride.

Well, I'm gonna be swapping out my Autometer gauges for some digital Dyno tune to watch mine. I'm goin to go with Fuel Pressure, Nitrous Pressure & LC-1 wideband Air Fuel. I don't mind turning around if I'm in-out of the car & not tryin to drive, but while driving I would rather look at the pillar.

That's what I did as well .... worked perfect with the bottle mounted on Nitro Dave's tunnel mount ... just drilled a hole right into the tunnel with a standby rubber plug if the bottle is pout of the car. The NX blowdown tube was long enough to get the end of the tube about 1/4" - 1/2" into the tunnel and it clears the driveshaft easily.
