Would a 75hp shot be save with cam and headers. with stock fuel pump and 28lb injectors? I'm getting 370 to the wheels right now.

Do you have any means of scanning it to watch for the injector duty cycle % that you're hitting?

You usually want to keep injector duty cycle around 80% to be safe (that just seems to be the standard)...but you do still have room to play with before you are maxing them out...you should be fine.

Hit it once and see what it goes up to.

I agree, the 80% rule is a longevity issue. A 1/4 run at more than 80% really isn't much of a concern, just stay away from going static, 100%. Start with the 50hp shot to be safest and log for dc, kr and a/f, even the NB is better than nothing for a/f.

Oh pooey, BS on the IPW. If your dragracing, hang those suckers out over 100% and call it a night when see the AFR rising. I've done it with much larger shots so it has to be the way to do it! Ok, seriously though, you can def. run much higher than 80, 90 or 100% as long as it short duration and your not leaning out.

Seriously now, if on the track you can get away with over 100% as its only a short time, that is if all else is in good order. Some cheap alternative, find a set of Viper injectors (troll the viper boards) the tend to sell them cheap, they are 30#, but w/ LSx FP its about 34 IIRC. I ran them for some time, with a 180dry shot I was tapping on the 100%, that and a highly modded forged engine Another one, Lightning owners tend to sell their stock 42lb lime tops cheap. Ran them with over 200shots.
