Default nitrous purge questions

hey guys got a quick question about my purge set up im running a venom dry kit with a 150 shot and my purge mist dosent seem as high as it used to be keep in mind that i do not have a bottle heater or pressure gauge and the weather has been colder than it was when the purge was shooting higer could that have anything to do with it? what would i need to get the purge mist back to where it was?

First you need to get a pressure gauge. Kepping your pressure under control is critical with nitrous. You should also invest in a heater to help maintain the bottle pressure. And yes, form what I have read, weather can effect how much your purge plume is visible.

Shooting cold nitrous into a cold atmosphere yields little "wow" effect.

I can not believe that you dont even have a bottle pressure gauge yet you have a purge. Sounds like someone should be driving a Honda, not an LS1. These are the ones that give nitrous a bad rep. Have you even sprayed nitrous into the engine yet? I hope not.

Ok had me worried there. Just make sure you get all the safety stuff before you use it, we dont want to see guys blow up engines with nitrous. Nitrous is fun, but it has to be used thr right way. BTW where you from in GA?

Savannah, tons of F-bodys here. Good luck with the engine build.
