Default stock clutch and small shot ok?

i have a few bolts ons and probably make ~320hp. i was wondering if the stock clutch could hold a 50 shot on top of that.

If your car was a 01 or 02 with the factory Zo6 clutch I would say yes. Because your car is a 2000 I'm gonna say your clutch will not hold

My 2000 clutch with 95K on it still holds strong with 543 Lbs-ft of torque. When i first used the 150 shot it slipped a little but then it like broke itself into the power because it holds strong all the time now.

Its a toss up. I have seen some stock clutches hold and some not.

It's seems that people have a wide range of success with the factory clutch. My 02 Camaro was all stock and had 34kmi, and now 1kmi since the H/C combo, it's beginning to slip. YMMV.

My second stock clutch (first replacement for me) was replaced after about 10K miles of hard launches from my NA bolt-on LT1 with a SPEC 3+ unit. Shortly thereafter, my "built" DTS 10 bolt broke 3 teeth off the ring gear!

Will a stock clutch hold? For a while, and while it is holding it'll stress the next weakest link in the drivetrain chain!

(Like you didn't know this) Just be prepared...
