Default Has anyone tried this (2 heaters)

Has anyone tried using 2 bottle warmers (15 lb bottle of course)

forgive the newbie type question.... but i cant see any disadvantages to doing this.

IF in fact there aren't any drawbacks from doing this: Would it be necessary to install a second thermostat (I'd be using (2) dynotune bottle warmers with adjustable thermostats)

or would the one thats already on there suffice?

Yeah, I think you'd want to run the wiring for each system individually - seperate heavy gauge wire running to a relay for each. Could probably have them share the pressure switch though.

You might kill your battery pretty quickly too though.

I use 2 when its cold. You can use the pressure switch/thermostat to control 2 relay's instaed of one. as the others stated use 2 seperate wiring sytems for the heater (other than relay control) and watch your battery. I keep the jumper cables on the tow vehicle or keep the car running when using both.

Did you notice a substantial decrease in wait time building pressure with 2 heaters instead of one?

yes seemed like it almost cut it in half although i never actaully timed it. I know when its really cold out here it can take 45 min with one blanket to heat a cold bottle. plus it really helps recovery time between passes if your spraying a large shot.
I should add that i have relocated my battery and have a large frame (29) deep cell battery that weighs a ton

I run two, but on two bottles. However, like stated battery can be effected. I had to replace my old batt cause anytime I had both heaters on, while car was running, the volts would drop to 11v. Charging system could not keep up with weak battery and the amp draw going to heaters, new batt cured this. I also run dedicated wiring system to each.
