What NO2 carburetor kit
you should be able to buy the plate and if you need them the lines by themselfs, my only oppinion on the matter is dont get the nos brand. The nos brand works fine but the gaskets stick to the rubberized coating on the plate like there is no tomorrow. maybe nitrodave or an other sponcer can kick in and tell you what the options for a plate conversion are. Also i am looking for a new plate too (with out the coating)

I've always been partial to the NOS cheater kits, mainly due to the large range of hp it is capable of 50-250 and around 275 with a solenoid change. What rubberized coating are you referring to as far as I know all the NOS plates are powder coated except for the Sniper plate which has no finish at all. I’ve never heard anyone take issue with the gaskets before. In fact people used to call NOS asking if they could buy the Q-Jet gaskets because they liked them so much. Not sure I would discount an entire product line or company over a gasket. The other thing is the plates are a 1/2" thick which can help if you are tight on hood clearance.

here is 2 pictures, one of the gasket stuck to both sides of the plate and the other with one gasket partially pulled off. the gasket came off clean from both the holley carb and alum intake manifold, which makes me to believe the coating on the plates is bonding to the gaskets making it a PITA to get off.

The spray bar technology is old school. However it works well ad has been around for along time.
NX now has the new perimeter designs. I have racers that have switched from the spray bar design to the new perimeter and sware by it.
NX offers many different plate systems. There three im going to list are the most popular for the guys spraying under 300hp. If you need to spray more than 300hp there are other systems they offer.
NX offers
Hitman System #40040- comes with jetting from 100-150-200. The plate discharges down the middle.
Hitman pluss #40041- comes with jetting from 50-100-150-200. The plate dicharges down the middle
Gemini twin-#60040- comes with jetting from 50-100-150-200-250-300. This plate discharges down the sides. (This is my favorite).

NOS big shot is a good basic kit, I've used cheater & big shot for years and I've never had any issues. There are plenty of great more modern systems, but if you just want a easy basic system, keep it simple.
