Default Aluminum nitrous fittings

Are aluminum AN fittings for nitrous any different from regular fittings? Ive never been able to get a straight answer out of anyone.

Nothing different about them - except maybe the size - most nitrous fittings are in the -3 & -4 AN size.

Just make sure its an 'AN' fitting and not a SAE/JIC style fitting. Needs to be a 37* flare for it to seal correctly

NO ******* WAY!!!!!!! dont try it.
the basic an fitting is good for maybe 100 psi or so.
a nitruos fitting is pressed on ect.
the size of the nut is the same, and the conectors are the same. meening, ok a noid take a 3/8th pipe thread and you get a 3/8 to 6 an. yes its an an size, and fine for a nitrous feed line, but the feed line or anything under pressure is a no go.

again, the small conecters/redusers ect are ok, but to make a line, no way!!!
