Why do they sale a 250hp kit that only has 3an lines from the noids to the jets if it can only flow to 150hp ?

Are u actually talking about the nitrous line? My kit has a 4an line from nitrous noid to plate and 3an on fuel side. Fuel flow is alot less than nitrous. Hsw kit by the way.

Our system comes with 3AN on the outlet side, but its only rated to 150HP. If you pickup part numbers 10124 and 16109, this will swap your outlet side on the nitrous solenoid to 4AN, its a fitting and a hose, which will allow you to flow 300HP worth of nitrous. Depending on which nozzle you have most of them are only good to 250 HP, with the exception of the Shark SHO nozzle.

We sell the parts on our website, 10124, is a 4an hose with a 3an nut on one side to hook it to the nozzle, and 16109, which is a 1/8npt to 4an fitting for the hose.

So you (NX) are saying that a 3an line is not bigger than a 62 jet. On my system a 62 jet is a 150 shot. My 250hp kit came with 3an lines from the noids to nozzles. By just looking inside at my 3an line it looks much bigger than a 62 jet. The 250 jet is an 88 jet and the 3an line looks a little bigger than that. What is the size of a 3an line, jet size terms?

the issue is the orifice on the inlet side of the 3an insert of your line...it is larger than a .062 but not by much...the part # NX listed uses a 4an insert that is machined to accept a 3an nut to allow it to be connected to a standard jet fitting.

Most nitrous companies offer a similar line. And they all will likely be willing to make you a custom length if asked

My car made 197whp through an auto with a -3an line. I did however just upgrade to the "race" hose, its a -4an line with a -4 nut on one side and -3 nut on the other.

Quick Reply: How much N2O in HP can 3AN line flow?
