Would you use this solenoid
Maybe someone can give me advice because Dynotune is to busy to answer any one of my four phone calls earlier today, and i don't feel like waiting on a PM or a email. I have a Dynotune wet kit and my nitrous solenoid got hung open this morning when i hooked it up. I open and closed it a couple times by manually putting power to it to see if it would go back down, but it stayed hung open a little so that you could hear nitrous leaking past it. Luckily I was checking for leaks and didn't have the car running or it hooked to the nozzle. Later on in the day I tightened the post on the solenoid, that was already pretty tight after loosening the nut on top of it the re-tightened it after. It seems to have stopped leaking now and i open and closed it a couple more times and it dose not get hung up anymore, at least it seems. So my question is do i trust my engine with this solenoid hoping it dose not do this again after i let off the gas or do i try and send it back, or should i just buy another one, from a different company. Thanks for the help.

LOL its funny how you and/or your company is always here when i have a question and or problem and DYNOTUNE IS NOT. Thanks i appreciate the help i will try and contact them again tomorrow and see if i can send it back, just another hassle with this kit. Everything i got from you guys is great on a positive note, that custom switch panel that i got from you looks and works great, i get compliments on it all the time. Thanks again these are the reasons i recommend your company to everyone that i talk to about nitrous.

Are you using a filter? Most likely something got stuck in the solonoid during installation. If you do not leave a message we cannot call you back. If both lines are busy we return all calls a soon as we can in the order they are recieved. If you still have an issue pm me your phone number and I will personally give you a call.

You guys gave me a call this afternoon. I appreciate the call, from what i understand your in the process of moving so that would probably explain not being able to give me a call back. Thanks for the help on both ends.

After talking to them again they had me take apart the solenoid and check the plunger. It ended up having a metal chip impeded in the Teflon seal. They sent me one out a new one today. Thumbs up to them they have reconciled the situation as far as i am concerned just thought i would post the positive outcome. Thanks again.
