Nice spot. You can turn the bottles a few degrees so those lines arent bent over so bad. Id turn it just enough so the lines have clearance. It wont affect your pickup too much. Especially with TWO bottles...lol. Nice work.

The fiber glass is real thin in this area. You can easily strip out a screw with just a hand driver. What I do is glue a piece of 3/8 plywood in the area of mount, and use Gorilla glue for this. One thing about this glue, a couple small screws to hold plywood in place while glue drys, the glue expands a bit. Another method I have used is epoxing Maracashi inserts into the glass. Thes are a threaded srew in type device. Currently, I use the plywood for the front mounts and the inserts for the rear mounts, however, mine is dual 15s and the rear mount actually goes in the spare tire well. You can see a single 15 bottle in my pics which show a nice clean install, and you cannot tell the plywood is there.

On the pm, I have currently, today, 45 unanswered pms, and this does not count the e-mails, so it amy take awile as there are some in front of ya, and it's really a time consuming thing to answer these. Anyway, looks as though your going to have a truly trick set-up when finished. Keep the pics coming, and don't gorget to add your pics to the Z06 and spray pics wanted thread.
