Thanks to Chris and Dave at Nitrous Outlet for getting everything straightened out . They replaced my original plate (quite a while ago now) with a new one that fits perfect on the bores.

I've finally had time to get started on the install.

New 58mm bores that match the rest of the parts. Might still remove a little more material on the upper outside of the bores. It's kind of inside the bore a little and I am not sure how much it will affect airflow.

Had to remove a little more aluminum for clearance.

Then trial fit the plate and everything looks mint !!

Hopefully I can get this beaSSt back together soon. I'm chomping at the bit to try it out.

Later,
Brad

No problem !! I've actually done a little more grinding and everything fits mint now.

All the little obstructions inside the intake bores have either been ground away or smoothed out as well.

Should make for a much smoother flow right through everything now.

I've run into a few glitches with tuning at the moment. Hopefully I can get it sorted out and down the track. I can't wait to see what this thing will do !!

Later,
Brad
