The guy who was supposed to buy my 4 wheeler wrecked it last night and took it to my house this mourning when I wasn't there. He gave me 2500 on sunday when he took the 4 wheeler and was going to give me the other 3000 today. I used the 2500 to pay off one credit card and was going to use the 3000 to order a few parts for the car and put the rest in the bank.
Well he is trying to say that something is wrong with the 4 wheeler and wants his money back. I told him no and that he could either give me the rest of the money and keep the 4 wheeler like he said he would do or I would just take the 4 wheeler back and then keep his 2500. He then threatened to take the 4 wheeler back and then take me to court and call the cops saying it was stolen.
Since my name is still on the title and the title is still in my possesion, AND the 4 wheeler is now inside my garage I don't think he is going to have much luck doing that.
The 4 wheeler isn't even that bad, the front plastic is broken and the clutch lever is bent and that is it.
So much for him being a friend
