Default NX Solenoid Frequency w/FJO Progressive Controller?

Does anyone know what the optimal frequency for NX solenoid activation is using a FJO Mini Progressive Controller?

User Manual states: "Solenoid Frequency is the rate at which the controller cycles the solenoids. This number is
determined by the solenoid manufacturer. [14 will work with all solenoids but may not be the optimum
frequency]"

I currently have it set to default of 14, just wondering if this should be a different value or not???

14hz for NX solenoids. It is outlined in the instruction manual for the Maximizer and Maximizer2.

Using 15hz for N2O outlet and TNT solenoids now and seems to be working fine.

Are both of these solenoids made by peter paul? I remember reading that most solenoids come from two or three manufacturers.
