Angry New best 60' with new head design.

went racing today, first run on motor went 9.9 @ 136
then put the spray to it. ended up with a 1.27 60' (personal best for me, no limiter straps or bars, but ended up with this.

made a few tweeks this week, just wish i could have got the rest of the run in.
60 was better and 330 was better, then i had to shut it down. still went 9.2 @ 12x

Looks like you came down on the header and cracked the head, I could be wrong though.

Guess it was on borrowed time anyway. Do you have some new ones picked out yet, or are you gonna wait until next year? I'm interested to see what this car would run with a full pass on the bottle.

I was watching the videos of the LSX shootout and couldn't help but think this car would be perfect for that. You've gotta make the trip next time and represent for Mass!!!

right now im leening toward the etp's for sure. ls1 cant, the head cracked i fixed it, it cracked again i fixed it and then today it was done, it was on life suport and decided to pull its own plug lol.

i would have loved to make the lsx shootout (even tho i am not a big dawg compaired to what was running) still would have been great, but i havent even gone down to east side this year i have been so nuts with work. buying a bussnes and running it takes up alot of my time.

On LSXTV.com they have vids from the shootout, one is an interview with one of the guys from Eastside. They singled their car out because it was one of the few nitrous cars. I guess most of the cars there are forced induction. Maybe they could make a nitrous class? Could be interseting. And yeah, there are some heavy hitters there, seven second cars and such, but it sounds like mid eights might be in your not too distant future, that would be nothing to sneeze at, even at the shootout. Plenty of time to work on the car before they have another one.

the only thing i can say is for me, im a regular guy who goes to work everyday (not with cars) and to say this car was build in my garage, motor and all makes me feel good even if i cant swing it with the big dawgs, running my times and doing it on a budget that many could afford and doing it myself makes me feel real good.
im super happy over all. the other thing i love is that if i broke my car and put it in the car show, i would probably win, my car is pretty fast and super clean. im loving it!

Sweet, what's ur secret too keepin her down to a controllable wheelie? I was havin a lot of problems with gettin way too high and having to lift before hittin the bumper before the car went down and was playin with limiters for a couple months there, but couldn't get the car to hook with the limiters on. Maybe I just need to leave on less spray though, cuz I was leavin on all 300.

The head didn't look any better in person. I've never seen anything like that. How random.

Sign me up for the "next year" club too, i'm eligable.

Man Brad that sucks...

Good thing that head did not cost you a short block from sucking air or water into the chamber. Sure is an expensive door stoper.

Im still waiting on pics for our customer section by the way...lol
