Got Traction? Over in the tire section the thought is that a 27" tall tire is too much for a stock geared M6, what are yalls thoughts being that this car is going to be run on the bottle? I dont think they are takin that into account over there. What size tires are the nitrous guys runnin? I've got LCA Relo brackets that are goin in too.

I'm running 3.89s and a 26x11.50-16 ET Street, shifting at 6600.
N/A I'm trapping about 120. On the bottle, I'll find out this weekend. Should be somewhere in the mid 130's, which will put me right around 6600-6800 in 4th (PERFECT!)
Next year I plan on stepping up to a 28" full slick.

You should be ok. Don't try and run an 11.5" tire on anything under a 10 inch rim. I did and they bow out, don't wrinkle the side wall and are unstable on the big end. The 27 will drop your gear ratio, but that's ok on spray. I think I'm running a 27 right now. I have a .4 sec delay on the launch before the N2O hits. The car will usually dead hook. I run around 16-18 psi in them depending on the track. If the car is unstable on the big end add a pound or two.
