mahle pistons, scat rods, how much nitrous will it hold
I just redone my motor, i put mahle forged pistons and scat h beam rods, cometic gaskets. I have heads, cam, ls6 intake. This motor was done about 5 years ago with this set up with stock pistons, rods. i have sprayed about 100 bottles through it with a 100 shot and #7 finally gave up. I have talked to a few guys and they say the mahle will bust with lots of juice. This motor is new now, It mayed 400 to the wheels without nitrous and 530 with a hundred shot before. I havent changed compression other than valve reliefs in the pistons. I am going to check timing before i spray more. I have a racetronix walbro in tank pump and i have a stand alone good for 1000 hp. How much can i spray with a f2 with a stand alone regularley fairley safe. 150,200,250? And about what timing for each. The injectors are stock 98 28lb i think.

Unless you are very very good at tunning nitrous i would stay away from more then a 250 hit with a direct port and a 200 hit with a sinlge nozzle.

I ran the Mahle power pack pistons in another motor that I built, I called Mahle to ask about the ring gap and asked about how big of a shot I could run on them and I was tols that they are really only designed to handle a 200 shot. He did tell me that if I was well experianced with nitrous and tuning that I could probably go bigger.
The way I look at it is that the stock pistons aren't "designed" to handle any nitrous but I know ALOT of guys that have sprayed 200+ on their stockers with no problems.
It's all about the tune, just gap your rings to what the Manufacturer tells you to, get the right plugs, and watch the A/F on the Dyno.
I personally would not hesitate to spray 300 on them, but I have an Excellent tuner and all the bells and whistles to make it as safe as possible, sounds like you do too.

I ran a 350 shot the exact same bottom end that you have and it held for a long *** time. My tune was dead on though. I finally ran out of fuel pump when i tried to push it harder and lost 2 pistons, But i loved that setup it took alot of abuse. Just make sure your rings werent gapped too tight and get a good tune.
