TNT - Cant get it to lean out
I'm running a stand alone with a -6 fuel feed line to the cylonoid at 55 psi, could the big fuel feed line be the problem?
I can't get TNT to answer the phone today..
It went a 9.78 @ 137 but the afr was around 9.1 to 10.1 to whole pass, started to slow down on the top end because it was so fat.

1.Make sure all solenoids are firing.
2.Make sure you have a good bottle fill and bottle pressure is around 1000
3. Check the hoses for flappers inside.( this is Teflon slithers hanging down blocking flow)
If both solenoids fire and the bottle weighs correct and when you fire the system you get a good plumb of nitrous ( white cloud) Start checking for a flow restriction on the nitrous side.
You will do this buy doing a burn test.
1. Start with a full bottle.
2.Purge the air out of the main feed line.
3.Fire the nitrous solenoid for 10 seconds
4. Weigh the bottle with out unhooking the main feed line. Weigh it just like you did after purging it.
5. How much nitrous did you use.
You should burn 1lb per every ten seconds per 100 hp.
Now last question. What is the flowing fuel pressure? Are you looking at the gauge with it dead headed or are you flowing it using a flow gauge?

What should it flow?
I use a certified gauge to check flowing fuel pressure.
Setting the fuel pressure flowing is more acurate than setting it while dead headed. The return flow will not equal the flow you use per HP setting..
