Default Will It Take It?

I got a Texas-speed 11.5:1 408 with -10cc dimond pistons, eagle crank, eagle h-beam,Texas Giant cam (248/254 622/613 114) and a ported FAST w/pro race direct port. My problem is I want to spray a 200 but Im having heck of a time geting the jets I need but I have the jets for a 300rwhp shot. is that too much? I have a NOS progresive controller so I can ease it in.

BTW...it has Cometic gaskits and ARP head studs

If it's tuned correctly it should handle it with no problems.

The car properly tuned with the correct fuel supply can take the 300 with no problem.
We stock the NOS jets and can help you with that area.
Let me know if you need any tech help while tuning in the nitrous.

I'm not sure but I think 26* of timing is too much for a 300 shot. But like I said I'm not sure.

On your set-up 26* of timing is to much, imo. I ran 18* with a set-up close to yours. Just because you might get away with it doesn't mean that it's correct for the spray. Not directed at you, but man am I the only one that understands that nitrous works it's best with less timing, not as much as you can get away with like many preach? even some of the big dogs brag about how much timing they are running. Well they would be faster with less timing. I don't remember the thread, it was real recent, but went into this lower timing on the spray thing, we'll try to find it.
Yes your motor can take the 200/300 for certain with a spot on tune, and this is where the big timing can really bite you. It only takes one glitch in your system and that much timing could be the source of your melt down. But hey, what do I know. Again though, it's not just for safety, but also for performance.
