Default Might switch sides, Help me!

Robert! Andrew! Help!

Now that I'm graduating in 2 weeks, I'll finally have time to race next year!

My MS3 cam has probably less than 1,000 miles on it. My nitrous system has never even been turned on, let alone sprayed....so I've never had it down the track on the juice.

BUT I started crunching numbers with the price of the juice, and these 150-175 shots are going to start getting expensive.

Plus I can get more HP, all the time with a Twin Turbo setup....

convince me not to change this winter! It just seems like a better idea to switch

Go spray your car...You won't need convincing.

You've allready got your kit, now some bottle refills. wow, it'll take a while before bottle fills surpass a TTurbo. besides, unless going 30k big time full built TT, a nitrous car will kick a comparable HP TT car at the drags. Did you ever see the dyno over lay of turbo vs spray, some great insight. Remember, it's the torque that gets ya moving, and hp that keeps ya moving. so, a n2o torquer will 60' quicker than most TT cause of torque, and we all know the 1/4 is won in the first 60'. Your choice though, either are fine, if ya want mostly street power then the turbo would be an option.

I'm having issues with the 60'...but thats something I hope to work out this winter

Robert, you don't spray off the line do you? I planned on locking out first gear...but maybe i should put the hammer down and hit it off the line? But that might be hard now that I have a 2 step...

I had this same fear until I actually went out and did it. Rev it, dump it and spray it!!!

It will take a long time for the price of nitrous to add up to a TT kit. Stick with the spray

I go as high as 180+ on 1st stage in 1st gear, then 2nd stage is locked out of first and comes on at a higher rpm in 2nd gear; 3rd stage is on a wot SW and button, so as to choose when/where/why to spray. It's all in getting the torque under control and making it have a curve closer to a turbo(s), but still more low end grunt. it can live, for sure.

If you're asking us to "talk you into it" then it sounds like you've already made your mind up....so ***** up, get it tuned, and go spray it....or get scared of the instant horsepower and slow your car down

180 off the line? lol holy ****! I don't have a fancy setup like you though, just the NOS plate (wet...I know, I should have went dry)

Now as long as my block doesn't end up like your old block right away...we're in good shape robert!

I'm excited to spray off the line now
