Default Best place to hide bottles?

workin on my friends ride...he wants the whole nitrous kit as hidden as possible.. wheres the best place to hide a 10lb bottle?? we were tryin to see if anyone had ever taken out all of the padding out of one of the rear seats and tried to stuff one under a seat back there while running the lines under the carpet through the firewall then through wiring loom... I figure this way its easily accessible to refill...hes running a dry 125 kit on a 99 Z-28. anyways were trying to figure out where other people had hidden their bottles at. Thanks-Mike

You won't get any pics because if people are hiding their nitrous then they want it to remain hidden and posting pics of where its at and how its hidden will ruin that. Your better off just to be creative yourself. I'd say to call a sponsor since they have kits that are made to be hidden but you already have a kit that your trying to hide. Good luck with whatever you do!

Under the headlights, run into somebody, BAM!!!!!

Under the dash is cool, but it could be a major PITA to change bottles.

OP, take out the spare tire and mount it there.

I've got mine in the spare tire well, kind of pointless though because even though the bottle's hidden you can see the friggen lines and 'noids in the engine bay clear as day . I do like that sub box idea...get a cheapy box either used or off ebay and just make a door in it or something, mount it inside....the only thing I don't like about that is:
1. extra weight (not much but weight's important to me.)
2. if you put the box in the lower part of the hatch you'll lose your t-top holders (if that's even a concern to you.)

well...i would imagine that if someone was to do something like this it either wouldnt be a daily driver or they would only have the bottle installed for a race that was allready set up. i dont have pics but i seen a couple people use small motorcycle bottles for a small shot just to give them that "edge" in the race...

has anyone ever taken the foam out of one of the rear seats and tried to fit two small bottles? this is going to sound incredibly gay and I know Ill hear about it for this....on the fast and the furious...there I said it, but what size were the bottles on the rx7 in that movie, somethin like that, and hiding the lines by running them under the carpet, through the firewall and in and through the fender to under the radiator support and shoot it from the tip of the lid...any ideas?

Run a visable bottle, then have another, that works best. I had one 15lb visable bottle and two 10lb hidden bottles, complete hidden stand alone fuel system, and the nitro daves money maker setup with the noids under the dash, all hidden. All people saw was the single nozzle and noids on top of the intake, and if wanted I could pull the jets and show them the 100 shot. They didn't know about the other kit at all.
