The LC1 has 2 programmable analog outputs. We ship them out calibrated to 0 - 5V. IF you ordered a Dynotune gauge (square or round) we set one of the outputs to 1 - 2v to work with our gauge. Best bet is to use the wire that does not go to our gauge as it is already set at 0 -5v for our switch.

Question Dean,

I am going to be spraying a 150 wet shot off the line. So I figured this would be a great addition to have....not sure how it will prevent a backfire on the line though?

Another question is that I am using an LPE 2-Step...It cuts spark, so I am dumping raw fuel into the exhaust....which would tell my O2's i'm going super rich, correct? wouldn't this screw everything up?

Dean,
I called up there and I think I spoke with you yesterday.
I appreciate the information in regards to this product and the FAST Dual Wideband that I currently have in my car.
I was told that the A/F mixture graph read by my FAST WB will be linear with the A/F mixture graph of the switch, but may be a few degrees/tenths off and I will have to factor in that offset to the equation.
I am basically just making sure that the idle A/F(a few degrees off) read by the switch will be the same throughout the graph up to the WOT A/F(but of course, a few degrees/tenths offset) in comparison to my FAST WB.
Is this an accurate picture of your understanding?
If this is the case, I will just buy the switch and led, set the switch with the offset factorization, and throw it in the glove box and just pay attention to my FAST WB.
Any help would be appreciated, as I will be ordering one of these or one of these and an LC-1 very soon.
Thank you,
Justin

If you are getting backfires the switch cannot help you there.

The unit will not get screwed up if you run super rich - you most likely will ruin your O2 sensors quicker. The unit reacts to a lean condition. The unit obviously would not work if your O2 sensor is bad.

Justin,
Actually you spoke with Dan - glad he was helpful. The offset should be the same throughout the rpm band or very close. We are swammped but will take a look at the linear tables for our switch and the fast and give you some more detail. Just give us another ring on Monday!

Perfect.
FAST/Comp Cams has an excellent hotline with engineers ready to assist if you need any additional information.
They helped me with a conversation that I had to do to get the FAST WB to work in conjuction with my HP tuners datalogger.
Hope to hear some good/accurate news.
Thanks again guys!
