Default 15 # bottle in tunnel?

Shop said that it would get in the way of the Trans Am consol. Called Nitro Dave and they said it could be done, but you had to modify the bracket. Anyone done this? Pictures?

Even with my 10lb. bottle all the way back on the tunnel mount I can't quite open the console lid all the way. Doesn't bother me, but I don't think a 15lb. bottle should be mounted there.

I can not see the 10lb getting in the way. I have my 10lb in middle and there is no problems... I know a guy that has a 15lb bottle in the center and it is a little large, but it works... his rear seat is also out so has a little more room to go back then with seat in.

My rear seat back is out also. Yours fits with no problems, great.

well here is my 10lb mounted.
as you can see it does not even hit the center console. I have about 3 inch to console..

I will say it makes for a funny bone ******* hitter...
I nail my elbow all the time...

Looks good. Never wacked my funny bone, but have wacked my arm on it, when turning around, looking to back up. Nice blow down set-up, looking to change mine out to something like that in the future.

I would really like to know this as well. I ordered a tunnel mount for my 15 lb. bottle and now I'm afraid its not going to fit. I'm thinking I'm going to have to mount it behind the back seats.
