Default timing tunner issues?

Maybe be its me(n02 noob), but I am having trouble setting my timing tunner.
I would like to spary from 3000-5900 rpms and pull 4 degrees of timing.
I have the tunner set w/ key off
rtd 4
1-off
2-off
3-off
4-on
base 8
wot 0
rpm 0
turn key on wait for soild green.

I set the tuner the way I was told to by Chris(just like above)
after I get soild green I reset it to (w/ key on)

Rtd 4
Base 0
WOT 0
RPM 3
Mode 1 off
Mode 2 off
Mode 3 off
Mode 4 on
I this right?

I tried to spary just fuel(bottle closed) to check and see if it working. I got very very quick bog(maybe 1/10 of a second) then nothing. Got home checked the lines/ smelled like fuel. rechecked all the wiring and it was correct.
I think it is only spraying to 3000.
any help would be great! If you have a TT please let me know how you have it set.
I cant call Chris because I am at work the same hours they are open so any online help would be great.

Call Harris Speedworks with a pen and paper handy...those instructions that come with the unit are ******* brutal!

I found them kinda confusing.
I didn't want to come on here right away asking stupid questions, so I read them first.
I guess I will give them a call tomorrow.

It says 1.1 on the cover. Is there any other way to tell how old it is?
What would the flashes be on the older unit?

mine says 1.1 too. I think everything on mine just flashes once. One of the sponsors here was fixing the issue with them. Mine doesn't flash like it supposed to but works just fine

there was a thread somewhere that talked about the setup issue but I can't find it. I think Full throttle speed were the ones discussing it

Mine was the same way. The lights did not stay on for the 10 sec. just approx 1 sec each them off. It works great.
