Ordered a bunch of parts online last night and got a voicemail from Chris today wanting to ask me a few questions. I called him back and he had a questoin about the two -6 bottles nipples I ordered. Chris, knowing nothing about my setup, just called to confirm what type nipples my bottles use. Turns out in my haste to get everything ordered, I forgot NX bottles use the two piece nipple (I ordered two of the single piece nipples), while it only would have been a $10 fix, it saved the headache and waiting on one little part. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE FOLKS! Thats why Nitrous Outlet is the only place I order my juice goodies from.

I'm dealing with them right now as well. I think Chris may be getting tired of hearing from me. I've called to change and order different stuff like 3 times now. Customer service is definately top notch. Great guys to deal with.
Now if I can get Chris to e-mail me that invoice.

 

They get my vote for costumer service, and also a great product, plus the ship right away.

I agree I was looking at a few different kits for my setup and I bugged the hell out of Dave asking questions about different kits.. He was always helpful with everything I asked and never once ignored any of my PMs. I ended up buying a kit from someone local, but I would definitely use Dave for anything else I ever need in the future.

 

I had a question about wiring on a window switch. I sent Chris an email and had my reply within 12hrs.

Nitro Dave's is the best, I know if I buy another spray kit or want to upgrade with the Dave's plate kit I already have, I know I'll go back, awesome products, service. Nitro Dave's as a company is top notch.
