What brand of window switch are you attempting to hook up?

Should be able to use the tach wire right at the PCM. Its output is not affected by the LTCC.

Our new window switch will work with your setup. The tach wire would be a way to get a good signal

You could just use a WOT SW if you like, and my preference over the TPS. Any controller we can use which ever feature we want and by-pass the ones not needed and that's what is cool about the new controller with all the options, you may not need them now, but will be there for when changing the system around and trying other things, a great buy for the MicroEdge, IMO.
