Lt1 T56 $600
Ive got an LT1 style T56 for sale. all the forward gears work great, no grinding, no poping out nothing, The only problem is it likes to pop out of reverse. If you hold it in reverse itll back up no problem, but it just doesnt like to stay in by itself.
Comes with the Bellhousing and slave cyl bracket. for another 50 Ill throw in an LS1 style Aluminum driveshaft with 1250 U-Joints.
Im located in Nashville and would be willing to meet someone half way if the price was right. my numbers 518-469-2822 call me or PM me Im always on

I bought it with 60K, and put an estimated 10-15K on it. I cant tell you for sure since I never hooked up my speedo/tach.
BTW your 86 is beautiful! Im looking to swap out my Grand Sports for that style C6 wheel. how wide are the backs? Im going to run something in the 295-315 range..

if you tear it down you can actually turn the reverse gear around and itll work find, the teeth were just ground off the side you were using... it wouldnt take but about 2 hours if you have the tools... just something to think about before you sell it for good. if your interested ill send you a fully detailed write up and slide the case off one of my spares to show you whats going on in there

Thanks for the info man! new price $800 lol J/King. That's great info for who ever picks it up. Ive already got a built T56 ready to go in once the engine and turbo work is done.
If you could send me the pic and write up Id like to keep that handy for when/If I have problems with the new one. Turbotank AT Gmail DOT com

The tranny has never been apart.... I dont need anything from a 95. I do need door switches from a 99+ TA, a Boost ref fuel pressure reg, maybe a vacuum distribution block, catch can/breather... Im always in need of stuff but Id prefer in this case to get some $$.
