Mallory Billet Aluminum Items
I have some rare Items from Mallory Billet Aluminum that I bought 5 years ago when they were still in business.
1 LT1 Alternator fan anodized red, with just a few nicks in the red coating on one fin. 9/10, $25 OBO + shipping.
I had it on my LT1 before I ended up having to buy a new alternator. NOTE: this fan will NOT work with the March brand under-drive pulley, as the UD pulley requires the inset in the factory alternator fan, where the washer on a factory pulley would normally go. I'm not sure about other brands.
1 Black Z28 engraved shift ****, 9/10 $25 OBO +shipping.
This is the 2 1/4 inch ****. The threads are at the very top of the hole in the ****, so it essentially shortens the throw just a hair. It fits the factory LT1 shifter thread, and the Hurst billet plus with an adapter. I'm not sure about the other shifters.

All you have to do is use an impact to get the pulley off and on. I just had a friend hold the pulley with some channel locks on a rag to protect the belt grooves, and it came right off. The fan fits like a factory GM part.
When you re-install the pulley, just put a little bit of red or blue loctite on the threads, and don't let the impact, hammer on the nut more than 3-4 times. You might think trying to hold the pulley while using the impact is crazy, but the nut isn't that tight, there is just a large lockwasher behind the pulley.
I'm at work right now, but when I get home I will look through some old pics of my 95' Z28 and see if I have one with the fan installed.

This fan was mounted on an old alternator that was corroded and stained. I replaced the alternator later with a new AC delco unit and it looked real good. Also this piece looks great with a painted intake and a red strut brace. I had both on my 95, and it all went together well.
