It is street or strip, so yes, it's streetable.

And yes, it's like an old school 350, but stroked.

whats the block numbe? Was it splayed 4 bolt or a 3970010 block and just used the factory 4 bolt?

The block came out of a 1969 SS Chevelle, and it's got four bolt mains and dual rear seals. I'll post the block number here soon, I have it at my shop.
Oil galleries have all been polished on crank and block.
