Weeeeelllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll No.. we'll never get that 50-50 but we can certainly improve our handing by a great amount and then its a drivers game. Granted same drive in both cars and the Vette will win but you cant drive two cars at once ( and no I'm not saying the fbody will handle like the Z06 ever either..LOL)

If that doesnt work out I might be interested in the Y2ks. What size are they and backspace?

pics? I have a customer looking for C6 wheels right now needs sizes and offsets. He wants gloss black but I'm not seeing them in correct offsets so I might have a set powder coated for him of the correct offset.

They are OEM 19" and 18" and have brand new Kumhos in the rear, and just ordered new front tires.

Yeah, I'm saving my $$$ up for a C6 Z06. Another few years and I hope to have one sitting in the garage

They are OEM wheels. 17s in the front and 18s in the rear. Im not sure the backspace, what ever comes stock on a 2000 FRC corvette with y2k wheels.

Ya, 495rwhp is pretty serious for sure. I'm just waiting for my tuning software to show up so I can schedule some dyno time.

I have some 9" parts showing up this week and then I'll be able to assemble the center section next weekend. I'm hoping to order up the housing next month. Have you ever heard of Quick Performance? I bought some of my parts through them, and they also happen to sell a 9" Housing/Axle package for 4th gens. I asked for some pics of it, but was told it's very similar to the Moser. It sells for 945.00 for the both the Housing and Axles, Bearings etc..

Here's the parts list:
Strange "S" Case For 3.25" Bearings (New)
Detroit Locker 31 spline w/3.25" Bearings (Used)
3.89 Gears (Used)
Aluminum Daytona Pinion Support (New)
Timken Master Bearing/Install Kit (New)
Billet 1350 Yoke (New)

LOL,,,, Man I'd love to yank the front tires. Probably won't happen this year but at least I won't have to worry about the 10 bolt leaving me stranded.
