That's awesome to hear you were able go cruise it down the street, glad go hear you are going to get it fixed up and on the road again, seems like it is a really clean fbody
Well I swapped out the knuckle, pulled the majority of broken pieces off the car, and got the thing charged up and took it for a drive down the street by the shop, and it actually drives fairly nice! Steering wheel radio controls still work, no real rattles or speaks other than your standard f body stuff. I'm very pleased! Looking for a good used OEM passenger fender if anybody has one laying around, as well as a steering rack. It cracked the housing on the one in the car and it's pissing fluid pretty good. I'll be ordering up a set of the OEM look black headlights for it, as well as an SLP grill after the 1st of the year. As soon as I can get it in at the body shop I'll get the nost all straightened out and mounts straightened out so I can have salvage Timmy paint it up and get her shiney again!
Picked up a used factory bumper cover, fender, and a reman steering rack. Got the last of the bent up parts off it, and ready to get the nose pulled. Should be this upcoming weekend. Rebuilt the short throw in it to tighten it up, and made a bronze shifter cup on the lathe and all is smooth as silk now.
Got the fender, all the brackets and misc pieces from salvage Timmys nephew, had the crazy Russians at the body shop pull the upper apron and got it all lined up correctly now. Working on finishing up the front bumper cover getting it ready for paint, then comes color, and putting it all together!
Found out though carfax (if anyone needs a vin looked up I can for 2 months) that it was a Oregon state government car. I also verified the miles through carfax too.
I might keep it and throw rims, stall, and a 3.42 rear end in, or sell it and get my C6 Z06 already.
For now it needs a power steering pump, rear diff fluid changed, rear 02 sensors and a deep cleaning. Oh and the damn lights replaced. I hate those with a passion.

I've got a set of stock LT1 style lights as well as a set of smoked LS1 style with the yellow sections dyed red. PM me if you're interested
sup fellas, I’m still around. Ended up trading that b4c for a gsxr 750, sold the bike and bought an ae86 to play with for a couple years. Then sold that for a stupid amount of cash and bought me another Cts V2 This time the black diamond edition. This is the one I will keep! Lol. Unless I get a V3.
we need to cruise again soon or hit up PIR next year.

Looks really good!
I picked up an AWD Silverado SS and a track night would be fun! I need to see how it and my Fiero do in the 1/4
