And edit on my last post, my parents 32 Roadster sold for 62K. The seller had just previously painted the hood black (the rest of the car was red) and it didn't look all that good IMO. None the less the Roadster was a cherry and the engine was a beast.

Snagged a free all aluminum 5.3 It's a rebuilder, came out of 'burb at the dealership, they put a junkyard engine in it and there was no core. It's got 275,000 miles, and has a collapsed lifter. My thoughts are to rebuild it with a torquey cam, edelbrock carb intake, and stuff it in something like C10 pickup and have my own rig to pull the Camaro around with. Since it's so high miles, I think it'll need to be punched out once, wonder how thick the sleeves are... guess I'll answer that soon enough, haha
