Why not just spray it, or turbo it with like a Huron kit? Seems cheaper and more potential in the long run than some huge investment in a big motor.
That's the one thing I have never understood about the LSx world. People spending giga-dollars on huge NA motors. A 500 dollar nitrous setup will make more power and torque than whatever NA motor you have.

Let me know if your interested. I can cut you a deal and leave it/bring it up to Toms shop so it will save you on shipping. Even if you wanted a core to send to RPM.

Ok you don't like nitrous thats fine. Why not turbo it?
im just not into NOS. i want power that is available whenever i want it. NOS is the cheapest power adder but its also the worst. im not saying this to offend you and i hope u dont take it that way. another thing is how long is my motor gonna last if im spraying it all the time? NOS just isent for me

Afraid of N20 lol.. Nothing to be afraid if its done with all the right safety stuff.. Window switch, duel noid setup.. Stuff like that..but what ever floats your boat then I say go for it.. Ill tell you what I'm into my motor "Including the motor " about 11k and I'm building it to last and not spraying all the time..just to give you a little info on how much it cost..

ill sell my motor for 3,200 With the fast 90. It only has 11 to 12k on it since it was re ringed and bearing. Its been to the track twice with the LQ9. It would be a long block minus the front drive setup, oil pan and coil packs. You cant build it any cheaper

im selling mine for 3K. motor has had about 3-4k miles put on since H/C install. it should be close in HP to tims

I see there is quite the motor debate going on right now. Anyway I got a chance to actually play with the camaro this weekend and have now caught the autox bug. I did way better than I was expecting for my first time out and had a ton of fun. The downside is now I don't know about modding the car as it will change my class. Agh!!!
