So I'm walking around SEMA looking at some pretty cool cars. Who would have thought the GM section would have stole the show. The Z28 is is something else it looks all business in person, pictures do not do it justice.

I don't know in person its all business, that's what I mean there were some mean 5th gens there. Crazy wide body stuff. Then you come up to this all black with smaller wheels and racing rubber with a 427 under the hood that...I liked it.

wheels are terrible , they are 19s which is nice for the weight savings but yuck . And i like the spoiler but is that gonna make production

BTW....big favor to ask, as I was not able to make it down this year: Can you stop by the SCT booth, and see if you can spy any new/updated coverages?? Specifically for Jeep and GM. PLEASE?? lol They are being really "secret" at the main office until after SEMA, but were rumored to be releasing 96-current year Jeep coverage. PM me if you're willing/able to find out anything. I didn't know you were gonna be ballin' at the SEMA show this year. The GM section usually rocks. Should have been there in 07' when they had the bumblebee Camaro there from Transformers,,, now that was crazy!

Oh c'mon, the wheels aren't THAT bad jeez... Looks more like they could have lowered the rearend a bit more to close up that huge fender gap. Other than that it looks killer to me.

This is obviously a show/concept car. The Factory Z/28 wont have that spoiler, I actually think the production one looks better than this one.

Also, black on black on black on black on black is soooo played out. This car would probably look amazing if it was red or silver, black wheels, and different colored calipers.

i actually like the wheels. im a big fan of GM split spoke designs (Z06, 4th gen SS,cobalt ss turbo, GT gran prix, ect)

these and the SSLE wheels or corvette z06 spyder wheels are a refreshing change/tweak to the design.

i wish someone would photoshop these onto a C5z preferably in EB paint... with matching lip. for no particular reason haha

Holy crap, the new Z28 is no joke. Just looked at some Nurburgring times and it's 4 seconds faster than a ZL1 Camaro and currently sitting comfortably at the number 36 spot of the Nurburgrings all-time fastest production car times! Damn!!!

Z28 looks way better then the ZL1.. And mike it's supposed to smash the ZL1 this is basically a track car.. If you didn't know already.. I don't think it even comes with A/C..

The car has one speaker and it's a stripper. It roasted Lambo, Ferrari, and the ZL1 on a track test.
