Default LS engine builders in Oregon?

Does anybody have good experience with shops in Oregon or know without a doubt that said shop has plenty of LS experience. I'd prefer not to do anything in Vancouver if possible.

Thanks,
Corey

Wongs performance does tons of lsx . He farms out the machining but he has done so many builds that he knows who to deal with. Give him a call or stop by , you'll be impressed!

You would be best off ordering one from someone like BES, Pettis, LME or Fasttrack.
Local "shops" that don't do every aspect make me nervous.

Sad to hear. The owners were nice enough to give me and some friends a tour when I was like 13 on their own time. Hopefully it's not a case of a once great shop losing it's way and living off of it's past reputation

Darren,
I've been looking pretty hard at Livernois LS3 short block. They do a pretty nice job of listing all their prep work, plus will give you their before and after machining probe data on the block. Of course, it's just one of many options of ordering from a reputable shop. ERL has always been at the top of my list as well, but they are also one of the highest price once you include the price of the block.

They are a good shop for sure.
ERL does wonders with a stock block but with all that money in one you still end up with a stock block.
The LS Next is a good option as well as a billet for all you ballers!

Thanks for the kind words.
We pride our self's on the cleanliness, parts selection and care we assemble our engines with.
No white box Chinese parts with us.
We spend enough time on engines/assemblies building them correct the first time to ensure the end user the best product available for the investment.
