Cam/exhaust install pics for ya!
Here's a few pics for you guys until I get a video clip up:
Clearance under the exhaust is pretty good as you can see, with the exception of the ends of the bullets. This I think is mostly due to the fact that my puny arms weren't strong enough to force them up any higher when I drilled the holes for the hangers on my back in the driveway. I'm gonna get it to the hobby shop, cut the hangers, jack the bullets up higher, and weld the hangers back together. And eventually get the pipes welded so I can ditch the clamps. Big thumbs up to TSP and their duals!

Hmmm, I'm having problems seeing the pics I linked to again, so if anybody else is having the same problem, here's the page where they're all at.

Didn't make it to the hobby shop. The first speed bump I hit in my housing area ripped the exhaust off the headers. After about 3 hours forcing it back on and screwing with the hangers, I used my jack to raise the bullets higher and re-mounted the hangers. Much better this times around. I probably have a good 4 inches under the bullets now. I'll get a few more pics of the reworked exhaust tomorrow.
I probably won't bother with band clamps, just run the U-bolts till I get it welded.

I used the supplied band clamps for the headers, I also bought two more band clamps for the bullets ($9 each at NAPA) so that I could change to quieter mufflers some day if I had to. I welded the other 3 joints. I hate the way those u clamps look.

Looking good! Now your going to have to get Jason to come back down with HPT to tune that thing for you (since I sold it to him). We should all try to meet up before you take off like on the 26th.

Very nice!
I alway like to use band clamps also. I also try to make sure I have joints to take the system apart with. Nothing worse then geting under a car some Two Bit exhaust shop welded from front to back. I had a cae in the shop recently that had this happen. solid from the heads to the Exhaust tips! Slp headers that were sitting on the little oil block off plate on the driver side of the block(LS1). It had melted the gasket and was leaking. I did what I could to get it tight and stop the leak. Hard to tell someone that there header has to come off to fix it and the only way to do it is CUT it apart because some idiot did a cheap job.
Just some thing to keep in Mind while making thiese systems
I gotta tell you guy's how funny it to see people put on the same kind of setup I ran on my cars years when I could not afford the whole system Dang Cops used to pull us over non-stop hehe.
Times have changed! What was only full race is now street!
Very nice setup you have there
